Delivery Time
At KIESGEURIG, we do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Place your order on a business day before 4:00 PM (CET), and it will usually be delivered the next business day. Occasionally, slight delays may occur during parcel processing or transportation.
If your order has not arrived after two business days, please contact us by phone or email. Our team will be happy to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
During busy periods, such as the holiday season, delivery may take an extra business day.
Delivery in the Netherlands & Benelux
The Netherlands (including the Wadden Islands)
Our parcels are delivered by DHL from Monday to Saturday, usually between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. If you are not at home, DHL will either make another delivery attempt or deliver your parcel to a nearby DHL ServicePoint.
Belgium & Luxembourg
For orders to Belgium and Luxembourg, we work with Bpost. Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday, usually between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. If you are not home, the parcel will either be offered again or can be collected from a nearby pickup point.
