Return Period

At KIESGEURIG, you have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving your order. During this period, you can easily register your return. Once your return request has been submitted, you have another 14 days to send the product back. We recommend returning your item as soon as possible to ensure a smooth processing of your return.

Returned items must be in their original condition: unused, undamaged, with all labels attached and, if possible, in their original packaging. Please also include your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

How to Return an Item

If you would like to return an item, please contact us first at service@kiesgeurig.nl to register your return. We will then provide you with the necessary return instructions. If your return has been approved, you can drop off your parcel free of charge at a DHL ServicePoint near you.

If you prefer to use a different carrier, that is also possible. However, the shipping costs will be at your own expense. In this case, we also ask that you contact us before returning your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot process parcels that are returned without prior notice.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, something is missing, or you have received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible. If possible, include a few photos so we can assess the issue quickly and provide an appropriate solution.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the fastest solution is to return your current product and place a new order through our webshop. Once your return has been approved, we will refund the purchase amount.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of its approval. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days using the same payment method you used for your original purchase.

Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not yet received it, please contact us at service@kiesgeurig.nl.
