Delivery

Delivery Time

We aim to deliver orders placed on weekdays before 4:00 PM on the next business day. In exceptional cases, there may be delays at the sorting center or during transport by the delivery service.

Have you not received your order after 2 business days? Please feel free to contact us via our chat or contact form. We are happy to help you.

Please note that during busy periods, such as holidays and promotions, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.

Delivery Areas and Carriers

Netherlands (including the Wadden Islands)
We deliver with DHL from Monday to Saturday. Are you not at home at the time of delivery? DHL will then attempt to deliver the package again or it will be delivered to a service point near you.

Belgium & Luxembourg
We deliver with Bpost from Monday to Saturday. Are you not at home? Bpost will then make a new delivery attempt or deliver the package to a pickup point.

Shipping Costs

  • Netherlands: free shipping from €35. Below this amount, we charge €4.95 shipping costs.
  • Belgium & Luxembourg: free shipping from €50. Below this amount, we charge €6.95 shipping costs.

Returns

Return Period

Not completely satisfied with your order? No problem. You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you receive your order.

After you have registered your return with us, you have another 14 days to return the product to us.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned unused, undamaged, and – if possible – in its original packaging. Therefore, always keep your proof of purchase or order confirmation.

How do I return an order?

First, contact us via the contact form or chat on our webshop. You will then receive the correct return instructions from us.

You can then easily drop off the package at a DHL point near you. If you have contacted us in advance, we will gladly guide you through the return process.

Do you want to use another carrier? That is also possible, of course. Any shipping costs will then be at your own expense.

Damaged or incorrectly delivered products

Check your order immediately upon receipt. Have you received a damaged product or is the delivery incorrect? Please contact us as soon as possible and, if possible, send some photos. This way we can quickly assess the problem and find a suitable solution together with you.

Exchanges

Would you like to receive a different product? The quickest way is to return the current product and then place a new order once the return has been processed.

Legal cooling-off period within the EU

For orders within the European Union, a legal cooling-off period of 14 days applies. Within this period, you can cancel or return your order without giving a reason, provided the product is unused and in its original condition.

Refund

As soon as we have received and checked your return shipment, you will receive a notification. Once the return has been approved, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 business days using the same payment method with which the order was paid.

Please note that banks and credit card companies sometimes need extra processing time before the amount is visible in your account.
